How Covid-19 is affecting your life?

Being a doctor, I have to live with Covid patients. A covid patient admitted to our hospital who was a father of two daughter. He begged in front of me and said-"Doctor, please save me, I don't want to die, I have two little daughters. They wants to meet their papa again". But  unfortunately, after two days, that patient Died due to low oxgen saturation level in his blood. I felt sorry and bad for his two daughters. Hospital authority informed to his family. I saw his daughter with tears in her eyes, they even can't touch her papa. They never again get a chance to see her papa again. Two little angels, I think of age around 5 and 7 years. That day, I felt very depressed and cried a lot in my room even my pillows get drench. How people trust on a Doctor, nurse and ward boys, but we being a doctor can't save them? They see a God in us. But we are helpless.
Last week, An UPSC aspirant admitted to our hospital. She used talk a lot with us even not me but also with other staffs. She wanted to become an IAS officer, so she used to write our experiences. She said me that I will serve the nation one day, especially poor people. She asked me "Doctor, I will to go home when i get recover, will i doctor go home safely?" I replied "yes". She used to prepare for exam on her exam. But after 3 days, her oxgen level falls from 91 to 60%. Later after 2 days she died due to covid. I can't able to digest this news. A girl with such a great thinking and knowledge, trust on me that i will save her, is no more with us. A father, two daughters and An aspirant died in front of my eyes, I did nothing for them.
This is ficious story but it may be true for many familles who lost their lovely. No one knows that how many such stories are in existance. Covid made people to suffer.
Covid not only shatters a dream but made a whole family to suffer.
