In India, there is a social trend that rich becoming rich day-by-day and poor becomes poorer day-by-day. A day is very near that a large population of India didn't get two times daily meal. Those parents who managed to put their childrens in a English medium school or in State Government schools for a better future of their childrens. How Covid-19 is affecting your life? Being a doctor, I have to live with Covid patients. A covid patient admitted to our hospital who was a father of two daughter. He begged in front of me and said-"Doctor, please save me, I don't want to die, I have two little daughters. They wants to meet their papa again". But  unfortunately, after two days, that patient Died due to low oxgen saturation level in his blood. I felt sorry and bad for his two daughters. Hospital authority informed to his family. I saw his daughter with tears in her eyes, they even can't touch her papa. They never again get a chance to see her papa again. Two little angels, I think of age around 5 and 7 years. That day, I felt very depressed and cried a lot in my room even my pillows get drench. How people trust on a Doctor, nurse and ward boys, but we being a doctor can't save them? They see a God in us. Introduction Hello reader, I hope you are fine and enjoying lockdown and utilising your time in Studies,work and many more. Today, I am going to write a real incident that I had faced previous year on set of Lockdown. Those who have friends,Girlfriends or boyfriends and office friends didn't face the trauma of lockdown that I had faced. What was the problem which I had faced? It was Trichillomania, - A hair picking Syndrome or you can a type of Disorder. In this syndrome, patients starts pulling their own head hair to get pleasure from Depression or anxiety. What was the main cause for me in my Case? The Theory Of Regelation

Regelation is defined as the phenomenon in which the ice melts to the water below 0°C on the application of pressure and refreezes back to ice on the removal of pressure. Regelation demonstrates the idea of compressing the ice and turning it into water under pressure and when the pressure is removed, it solidifies again.
