Generally, I go to bed at 2:00 a.m. . And wanted to wake up between 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. . But...But...But... My alarm clock cannot force me to woke up. I know this problem is common in many peoples. Then I think how people woke up early in ancient times. I think about brain, why not I order my brain to woke me in 6:30 a.m. . I make a try, on first day my brain woke up me at 6:29 a.m. . Next day, same thing happen. Third day, also same... On 7th day I woke up at 7:30 because i ordered my brain to wake up in 7:00 a.m. .
